StartWeek team

The StartWeek team consists of the management team and student workers.

Core Team of the StartWeek
	Prof. Dr. Roman Capaul is academic director of the Assessment Year and StartWeek. He teaches as titular professor of Business Administration with special emphasis on business education at the University of St.Gallen and is a member of the directorate at the Institute for Business Education. He is the author of several textbooks. Roman Capaul is responsible for the academic orientation of StartWeek.
	Dipl.- Soz.- Wiss. Miriam Mrisi is project manager of the StartWeek and has been part of the team since 2011 She studied social sciences at the University of Duisburg and has lived in Switzerland since 2009. For the StartWeek, Miriam Mrisi is responsible for team management and overall conception. She enjoys spending taking long walks with her dog, Carl-Heinz.
	Jay Binneweg M.A. HSG studied journalism and business administration in the U.S. and worked for several years in newspapers before coming to St.Gallen to complete his Master's degree in SIM at HSG. He has been working for the Assessment Year since 2012. For the StartWeek, Jay Binneweg is tasked with English translations as well as the layout of teaching materials.
	Dr. rer. soc. HSG Maria Camilla Fuchs, dipl. Wipäd. studied Business Innovation and Business Education at the University of St.Gallen. Afterwards she completed her doctorate in business ethics at the HSG. Maria Camilla Fuchs works for the Plagiarism Office, has been writing the case studies for StartWeek since 2020 and is co-responsible for the training of the tutors. Therefore, she bears the didactic responsibility together with Silvan Zeller at the StartWeek. In her private life, she loves spending time with her family and is currently rediscovering the world with her young son.
	Jelena Miletić B.A. HSG has been working at the StartWeek since 2019. For the first two years, she was part of the student team. Jelena Miletić completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of St.Gallen and is currently in the Master's program Business Innovation with the extra course in business education. For the StartWeek, Jelena Miletić is responsible for room and time planning. In her free time, she enjoys playing handball.
	Silvan Zeller B.A. HSG has been a member of the StartWeek team since 2020. For the first two years he was part of the student team. Currently, he is in the Master's program Business Innovation and is undergoing additional training in business education at the HSG. At StartWeek, Silvan Zeller develops the case study and is co-responsible for the training of the tutors. Consequently, he bears didactic responsibility together with Maria Camilla Fuchs at the StartWeek. In his free time, he plays soccer for FC Adligenswil.

Student Team of the StartWeek
	Lara Bischof joined the StartWeek team in March 2022 as a student assistant. She is responsible for the planning and implementation of the Closing Event. Recruiting, managing, supervising and aspects of training the Media Team as well as maintaining the StartWeek social media channels are also part of her responsibilities. Lara Bischof is currently completing her Bachelor's degree in International Affairs (BIA) at the University of St.Gallen. In her free time, she enjoys nature, playing tennis or reading biographies.
	Severin Fässler B.A. HSG participated in StartWeek 2020 as a member of the Support Crew before joining the student team in February 2021. Severin Fässler is responsible for recruiting, training, managing and supervising the Support Crew. Additionally, he organizes the catering for the StartWeek and product sponsoring for the StartWeek Café. Having completed his Bachelor's degree in Law at the HSG, he is now pursuing Master's studies. Aside from his studies, Severin Fässler likes to play music and is a member of the UniChoir.
	Elena Göldi participated in StartWeek 2021 as a supervisory tutor before joining the student team. She is responsible, together with Silvan Peter, for recruiting, managing, supervising and aspects of training the supervisory tutors and serves as a primary contact during the StartWeek. Elena Göldi is currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Law and Economics (BLE) at the University of St.Gallen. In addition to her studies, she enjoys playing soccer and dabbling in various other sports.
;	Silvan Peter has been part of the student team since February 2022. Together with Elena Göldi, he is responsible for recruiting, managing, supervising and aspects of training the supervisory tutors and serves as a primary contact during the StartWeek. Silvan Peter is currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Law and Economics (BLE) at the HSG. Besides his studies, Silvan Peter is involved with the Law Clinic at the University of St.Gallen and is the leader of a percussion ensemble.
