Our Houses Ruhsitzstrasse 22 The house at Ruhsitzstrasse 22 is located in a quiet neighbourhood west of the town. The city center is 14 minutes away by bus and the University is 25 minutes. The house has five floors with several apartments for students having 3-4 individual rooms and a bathroom to share. Each resident has a single, fully furnished room with a bed, bookshelf, desk, lamp and chair. Duvet pillow and bed linen are provided by the Housing Office. There is a bedlinen service in the house. Towels are not included. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, stove, oven, electric kettle and a microwave. All rooms have wireless internet connection. A washing machine/dryer are located in the basement of the house. Costs for using washer/dryer are included. Not included are costs for waste collection. Residents are responsible for purchasing the appropriate (taxed) garbage bags at their own cost.
